Alignment is more than physical

As a healer and dancer, I understand the importance of alignment within the body, mind, and spirit. I work with people seeking more freedom in their bodies and minds, whether through relief of pain or movement through constricting habits and tensions.  


As an interdisciplinary healer and coach, I believe in coaching the body and balancing life. I believe in ageless vitality.




Pilates is a powerful practice for core stabilization, creating strength, flexibility, fluidity, and alignment throughout the body. A private coaching session will incorporate pilates apparatus (The Reformer, The Cadillac, and The Wonder Chair), and may include mat work with The Magic Circle, light weights, and t-bands.



Cranio-Sacral therapy is a gentle approach for easing pain and tension that may help alleviate a range of sensory, motor, or neurological disorders. A private coaching session will involve gentle touch to encourage the body and mind to relax and begin natural healing processes.



Energy balancing is a process wherein body work—which may include meditation, sound, and scent—is used to provide energetic alignment within the body and mind. A private coaching session will involve my intuitive integration of healing practices to meet your needs.

I am available to provide the following services to groups in your home or workplace and as workshops at events. If you are interested in a group experience but do not have a space to host, please include that information when you book a service.

Incorporates elements of a Sound Bath and adds my intuitive and directed touch to group members. Lie in comfort as I treat energetic imbalances.

With each new equinox and solstice, I am honored to host a gathering for the ancient practice of the drum circle. As we feel the rhythms of the earth, the drums, and our bodies, we are able to release, relax, and come alive into the newness of shifting seasons.

Group pilates mat classes range in their required level of ability and will help you strengthen your mind, body, and spirit while using the forces of nature and your body weight to tone and expand your physical ability.

While lying down or sitting comfortably, a variety of instruments layer sound into the surrounding space. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration and deep relaxation.
